Simply Strong Kids Summer Camp

Simply Strong Kids Summer Camp invites kids ages 5-11 of all abilities to spend a week having safe, old-fashioned outdoor fun with a variety of engaging games and a new sport each day, while receiving character-building experiences that instill confidence and faith. Through the guidance of Dr. Kara — pediatric physical therapist and personal trainer — your kiddo will become simply strong this summer!

Session 1: Mon., June 9 to Fri., June 13
Session 2: Mon., July 7 to Fri., July 11

9 a.m. to 1 p.m. (drop-off begins at 8:50 a.m.)

  • Team Game Fun

    We’re all about teaching kids the values of teamwork, sportsmanship and respect for others, in a safe, fun, engaging environment.

    We have energetic team coaches who will encourage your child as they compete and learn new skills.

    Team games will include PE-type games like capture the flag, tic-tac-toe sprinting, monster tag & more!

  • Learn a Sport

    Each day, campers will learn a new sport, including soccer, baseball, volleyball, football and track & field!

    Coaches lead each team through drills and fundamentals, then kids get to practice these learnings in a fun scrimmage.

    Day 1: Soccer // Day 2: Baseball
    Day 3: Volleyball // Day 4: Football
    Day 5: Track & Field

  • Daily Schedule

    8:50 - 9:05: Drop-off 
    9:00 - 9:15: Morning meeting: daily outline, prayer, separate into teams
    9:15 - 10:15: Mobility & stations: strength, agility & balance
    10:15 - 10:30: Break (snack & restroom)
    10:30 - 11:15: Team games
    11:15 - 11:50: Learn a sport
    11:50 - 12:30: Lunch outside 
    12:30 - 12:45: Afternoon recap & yard games
    1:00:  Parent pick up 

    Wednesday: Water Day
    Thursday: Bike Day

Combining structured age-appropriate athletic training with plenty of games and activities to keep kids energized, excited and having fun!
