Simply Strong Kids
Simply Strong Kids is a super fun opportunity for your kiddo to survey several sports and athletic skills. We welcome all kids, especially those with varying degrees of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), whether they’re familiar with athletics or are just coming to learn new skills and make friends. We make sure to mix laughter and fun into the mix, and encourage each child right where they are. Everyone’s simply strong in their own way and at their own pace! Adult Small Groups
Get your group together for a great way to increase motivation and save on cost, while receiving expert personalized attention. We emphasize resistance training, using dumbbells, sand bells, olympic lifts in squat rack and resistance bands, and incorporate cardio to further increase your heart rate to get the most out of your workout! We’ll pay close attention to your form, core activation, breathing techniques and posture. (I can’t help it, I’m a Physical Therapist, too) :) To get your group started, send me a message!
*NEW CLASS* Simply Strong Strength & Conditioning Class
Introducing kids to strength training, coordination skills and endurance training at an early age will help to prioritize fitness as they grow into adulthood. Whether your child is in competitive sports, recreational sports or just needs to move their body more, this class is for them! We will explore common functional body-weight movements like squats, push ups, lunges and pull-ups, while incorporating teamwork and age appropriate fitness games to keep things fun. Balance, footwork and endurance will be addressed with agility drills and team challenges.

7-12 year olds
Small group setting (6 kids in a class)
Lead by licensed physical therapist and personal trainer, Dr. Kara Schulte
Class held in Cornelius, NC at Dr. Kara’s home gym near Torrence Chapel Park (21309 Torrence Chapel Rd. Cornelius, NC 28031); Class will be outside so dress appropriately.
Cost: Drop in rate is $20 per class or buy a 4 visit pass for $60
