Bike Camp FAQ
-
4 sessions, (1 hour in length) meeting 1x per week, with 6 children in a group for 4 consecutive weeks
-
Recommended for children age 4 and up. Your child does not need any experience with biking, however, children who are proficient with a balance bike, bike with training wheels and/or scooter are likely to pick up on two-wheeler skills faster. We welcome all kiddos, including our neurodivergent friends!
-
For your child to gain confidence and improve coordination with two wheeler bike riding skills; for most children (85% success rate with previous camps), these skills lead to riding a lap around the parking lot independently (no guarantees with enrollment and further practice may be needed).

What People are Saying About Simply Strong PT Bike Camp…
“After only 3 sessions with Kara he’s a solo rider!!! I love seeing how proud of himself he is. Her sessions are engaging, she’s super good with kids, broke down the skills of bike riding into manageable steps, her sessions are structured and FUN… I highly recommend Coach Kara…”

Bike Camp with Coach Kara is the best! She gave my 4 year old son so much confidence and he was riding solo just 2 weeks after he finished bike camp with her. She dedicates so much time to all her riders and makes sure everyone is successful! Highly recommend her!”
— Lindsay
“I cannot recommend Bike Camp with Coach Kara enough! My almost-7-year-old was terrified of her bike… the camp gave her the foundational skills and confidence she needed. We are outside every evening now so she can ride it up and down the street. I love seeing the joy in her face every time she gets on her bike!”
