Simply Strong Kids Summer Camp

Kids ages 5-11 of all abilities — a week of engaging games, sports + fun!

Bike Camps + Kids’ Classes

I’ll teach your kiddo to ditch the training wheels to become a confident two-wheel biker in a matter of a few sessions (Success is not guaranteed, but I have a 9/10 success rate.) Bike Camps are offered year-round for kids ages 4+ of all abilities, including those with Autism, Down syndrome, ADHD, etc. Siblings and friends are welcome to join the same class if spots are available.

I also offer Simply Strong Kids intro to sports classes and custom phys. ed. courses for your group.

Physical Therapy

Concerned you or your child needs physical therapy? I identify and treat health-related conditions or medical impairments that limit a child or adult’s ability to move about their environment. With a specialty in pediatric physical therapy, specifically Torticollis, Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida and more, I will make an assessment and plot the perfect plan for a simply strong outcome. Personal Training

I educate, motivate and coach children, adolescents and adults to achieve their personal fitness goals, whether it be to start a new fitness routine, learn how to exercise for a specific body type or postpartum personal training for mamas.
